Club Description

Regular Village markets are being held on the second Saturday of each month. 9.30am to 12 noon.

Devoran Village Market has now been providing the local community and surrounding areas with excellent local produce and crafts for two years. Starting with 10 stalls, it has now increased to around 26 regular stalls, 18 of which are of produce, food and plants provided by local people, the remainder are of various crafts.
Some of our providers have changed but we have always managed to invite new people to join us. Recently we had a change of vegetable sellers when Paul and Debbie came along with an impressive display of produce and will be staying with us. Sadly, we have lost the Cornish Lamb Company, who have stopped their butchery, happily they are replaced by Cligga Cliff Farm with their pork. We also have our regulars – Baker Tom’s bread, Oliver’s Olives, Colliers Cheese, Smart’s Fresh Fish, Mrs Dawkins jams and preserves, Penny’s pies, Alison’s plants, Ian’s honey, Rowena’s Sugar craft, Taparty and Julie’s cakes. Three new additions this month are the The Juniper Club selling craft gin, Mossel and Croust with their gluten-free vegetable crackers and Laurence with his micro greens.
Refreshments are provided by local charities. If you have local produce you would like to sell or if you are involved with a charity and would like to raise money by providing refreshments at the market, please contact Sue on 07949 823800 or email devoranvillagemarket(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)outlook.com
